Daddy Kate Group acquires Imprimerie Pacaud in northern France

Daddy Kate Group has completed another acquisition in France. The family-owned graphics group led by the Claes family has acquired Imprimerie Pacaud, based in Coudekerque-Branche, near Dunkirk.

For Daddy Kate Group, this marks its sixth acquisition in France. Production at Imprimerie Pacaud, which employs 15 people and generates annual revenue of €2.5 million, will be transferred to the Daddy Kate France site in Libercourt.

The printing company’s offering includes graphic design, offset printing, digital printing, large-format printing and finishing. “An office will remain in Coudekerque-Branche so that we can stay close to our customers,” Daddy Kate Group says.

A Growth Strategy

“Met de integratie van Imprimerie Pacaud in onze groep zetten we een volgende stap in ons groeiverhaal in Frankrijk”, zegt Thijs Claes, de CEO van Daddy Kate Group. “Onze geografische expansie is een bewuste strategie die onze langetermijnvisie ondersteunt.”

Patrick Liefooghe, the former owner of Imprimerie Pacaud, will remain active within the company and will continue his commercial role as part of Daddy Kate Group. “Our customers will keep their familiar points of contact,” Liefooghe confirms. “The merger with Daddy Kate France gives our customers access to a much broader range of services and ensures a stable future for our team.”

Daddy Kate Group now brings together seven independent companies, representing 300 employees and annual revenue of €75 million.
