Thijs is temporarily stepping back into the role of CEO of Daddy Kate Belgium (Brussels)
Elisabeth Fenaux, the company’s first non-family CEO, is stepping down from her role as CEO of Daddy Kate Belgium. Fenaux had led the family-owned printing company since September 2024.
“Under her leadership, Daddy Kate grew not only in terms of projects and profile, but also in maturity,” the company writes on LinkedIn. “Fenaux left her mark on the company’s strategic direction while also strengthening the teams internally. Her combination of creative sharpness and business acumen proved to be a driving force for progress.”
Ensuring Continuity
Elisabeth Fenaux had been working for Daddy Kate France since September 2023, and a year later she took the lead at Daddy Kate Belgium. “In the coming period, she will remain closely involved to ensure a smooth handover, a gesture that underlines her commitment and sense of responsibility.” To ensure continuity, Thijs Claes will temporarily take on the role of CEO. “His mission is clear: to guarantee stability and maintain the momentum that has been built,” the company says.
Fenaux writes on LinkedIn that it is time for a new step. “After several intense years, I am consciously choosing a new direction. Not because the drive has disappeared – quite the opposite: precisely because it is so strong. I want to continue to put my energy, curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit to work where I can truly make an impact and help organisations and people move forward.”
